A second Ajimeh Beyond Agile conference was launched on January, the conference focused on cutting edges techniques and powerful practices.
A specific workshop of how to use Jira in the Scrum ceremonies was presented by PractiProject CEO – Hilli Balzer.
The workshop focused on case studies of several customers, using best practices to utilise smooth agile scrum operation in the scrum team and within the managment team.
Going from high-level planning phase into Release planning, through sprint planning, tracking the actual reality (planned vs. actual), and taking the lesson learning (Retrospective) into a focused action items.
After the session, several attendees came for a short Q&A stand up session.
