Our Annual Support Program
We commit to acknowledging your requests and providing a detailed answer within a timeframe defined in our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Tickets related to critical issues can be marked as such and will be handled in priority with stricter SLAs.
Our plans include a monthly volume of support hours and every time one of your support tickets is resolved, the time spent by PractiProject is debited from your monthly support hors bank plan. The monthly support bank hours should be used within calendar month, unused hours cannot be added to the next month bank hours.
Our Atlassian support plans cover all aspects: technical troubleshooting requests as well as general usage questions. You can ask us to configure a workflow for you, connect your tools to your Active Directory or install and configure an addon.
